The great and the meh
The rooftop pool is a lovely retreat! and breakfast featured delightful pastries, making mornings enjoyable! !
Rooms might feel smaller than anticipated, and the shower can be a bit cramped.

Consider requesting a room on the upper floors for better tranquility and views, as lower-level rooms may experience more street noise.

My stay at Patios De San Telmo was delightful. The staff went above and beyond, providing assistance with directions and local insights. The rooftop pool was a lovely retreat, and I enjoyed the unique character of the building throughout my visit.
Minor noise from street traffic.

I can't believe the wi-fi was so spotty, a modern betrayal. The decor screams 'run down' while the towels would ve been rejected by a garage sale. And I had to ask for a complimentary water bottle after my exhausting trip instead of it being offered. Almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t.

Inviting atmosphere with a rooftop pool that's perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful, guiding me to local attractions and dining options. Deli San Telma onsite was a bonus for great coffee anytime!
A bit noisy at night due to nearby activities, and I found the breakfast could be improved with more variety.

I really enjoyed my stay with a quick dip in the small rooftop pool and soaking up some sun on the terrace after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was simple but good, which added a nice touch to my mornings. Just a heads up, the air conditioning could've been better, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience. 😊

Couple looking for a unique experience
The property is unique! the charming architecture made it feel special. Interacting with the staff was a highlight. they were always friendly and ready to help, especially on those chilly Buenos Aires mornings.
It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still within reason.

Great location within walking distance of major attractions in the district, and the friendly staff, especially Marcello, made check-in a breeze. The spacious rooms allowed for a comfortable stay, and the unique character of the property adds charm. However, the noise from nearby street activities at night could be bothersome, and while the shower products were eco-friendly, they were limited in variety. A touch more breakfast options would be nice, especially for families.
